This post doesn't fit my usual type. But I am so astounded and exicted about the service on my laptop, I have to give a shout-out to HP.
My laptop is still under warranty, had it less than a year. Last Thursday it started making a high-pitched, whining sound and the corner would get hot. Friday, I called HP. They thought it was probably a fan. They ordered a box sent by Fedex. I received the box on Monday. I shipped it to them that afternoon. They received it on Tuesday afternoon. They fixed it on Wednesday and shipped it that day by Fedex. It was delivered on Thursday. We weren't home but we got it on Friday. So, I got it back and fixed within 4 days - only 96 hours without my computer.
Unbelievable! HP you have my business!
